Terms & Conditions

When shopping at Vass & Ivy, you are automatically agreeing to our sales terms and conditions. We encourage you to read through all of the terms and conditions below before making any purchases on www.vassandivy.com.

By completing a purchase on our website, you authorize Vass & Ivy to process your payment. We accept payment via ApplePay, Visa, Visa Dankort, MasterCard and Maestro. For special inquiries or questions, please contact us at contact@vassandivy.com.

All prices listed on our website are in Danish Kroner (DKK), Euro (€) or other local currency based in Europe. DKK includes Danish VAT, which is currently 25%. Orders placed within the European Union (EU) should not be subject to additional taxes; however, orders shipped to countries outside the EU may incur customs fees. Vass & Ivy cannot be held responsible for delays at customs or any additional charges applied by your local authorities.

Please ensure all personal information, including shipping address, email, and phone numbers, is entered correctly when placing your order. Vass & Ivy cannot be held liable for incorrect information that may result in shipping delays or issues.

Disclaimer: We reserve the right to correct any errors related to pricing or stock levels. While we strive to ensure accurate information is provided, mistakes can happen. If such errors affect your order, we will contact you and, if necessary, cancel the order. We appreciate your understanding and patience.



Shipping Policy

Delivery

At Vass & Ivy, we aim to process and ship all orders (excluding pre-orders and certain 3D-printed vases) within 1-3 business days. Pre-orders and selected 3D-printed items may take longer, typically up to 2 weeks. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order and will be added at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Track & Trace number to monitor the location and delivery status of your parcel.

During busy periods, there may be occasional delays in processing and shipping your order. We appreciate your understanding in these cases.

Shipping Costs

Vass & Ivy uses GLS Parcel Shop delivery as the primary shipping method. While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by GLS. If your order is significantly delayed or goes missing, please reach out to us at contact@vassandivy.com.

Refund Policy

Returns within the European Union

At Vass & Ivy, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy from the purchase date. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags and labels attached. Products must be returned in the same condition as when purchased. Any items that have been used, damaged, or show signs of wear and tear will not be eligible for a refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are in the original condition when returned.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@vassandivy.com before sending back your items. Once you notify us of your intention to return your order within 14 days of purchase, you will have an additional 14 days to return the items to our webshop. Refunds will not be processed if the return is not completed within this timeframe.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Denmark: For returns from Denmark, we will deduct 50 DKK from the refunded amount to cover the cost of the return shipping label.

  • Other European Countries: For returns from other EU countries, we will deduct 200 DKK from the refunded amount to cover return shipping costs.
You are responsible for the items until they reach us. Please keep all postal receipts and tracking numbers as proof of shipment. Items must be returned directly to the address we provide; we do not accept deliveries to parcel shops or pick-up locations.

    Returns from Non-EU Countries

    When returning items from countries outside the European Union, the buyer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.

    We recommend sending parcels through GLS or UPS. Please ensure the parcel is sent directly to our address, as we do not accept deliveries made to parcel shops or pick-up points. We cannot accept parcels sent with DAO or any other delivery services to pickup locations.

    Important Notes

    Vass & Ivy cannot be held responsible for lost parcels, so please retain proof of shipment and any relevant tracking information until your refund is processed. We do not cover return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

    You will receive an email confirmation once we have received your return. If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

    Cancellation and Non-Pickup Policy

    If you choose to cancel your order and fail to collect the package, any return shipping fees, including potential customs charges, will be deducted from your refund. Failure to pick up your package is considered a cancellation, and associated costs will be applied to the refund.

    If your order is canceled or not picked up, we will notify you of the charges deducted for the return shipping and any additional costs related to customs clearance.

    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days after receipt of the items for your return to be processed.

    Claim Policy

    Vass & Ivy offers a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper handling, or lack of proper maintenance.

    Our products undergo quality checks, including water resistance testing, before shipping. However, due to the delicate nature of the product, we advise handling with care. Any water leakage or damage caused by mishandling will not be covered under warranty.

    If you wish to register a complaint about a faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@vassandivy.com.

    Damaged Items

    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged product. Once we review the information, we will arrange a replacement.

    Exceptions

    Certain items may not be eligible for returns. For any specific inquiries, exchanges, or questions about damaged goods, please reach out to us at contact@vassandivy.com.
